Morocco Gears Up to Face Ukraine After Triumph Over Argentina in Paris 2024 Olympics
Saint-Etienne, France – Following a hard-fought 2-1 victory against Argentina in their Paris 2024 Olympic opener, the Moroccan National Olympic team is set to take on Ukraine this Saturday. The match is scheduled to kick off at 5 PM local time (GMT+2) at the Stade Geoffroy-Guichard.
Despite a short 72-hour recovery window between matches, Morocco’s head coach, Tarik Sektioui, has decided to maintain the core of the starting eleven that clinched the win against the Albiceleste. The sole alteration to the lineup involves Ilias Akhomach. The Villarreal winger, who sustained a minor injury in the previous game, will begin on the bench. Ez Abde is set to replace him on the right wing.
